Today my dad and I went and rode our bikes to The Grateful Bagel in Sebastopol. It was my dads first REAL road ride. We took it easy on the way out, but he decided to pick up the pace on the way back. It was very fun and we are planning on doing it more often. Here is a one was link of the loop. Overall it was 16ish miles.

Tomorrow I am planning on a nice short mountain bike ride, either with Emily or solo. Then in the evening we are going to our second class of hot yoga.
