Last Saturday I went to Annadel in the early morning Jim from work. This was my first early morning ride of the season. We'll see if that keeps up... The ride was fun and fast.
Yesterday evening I went to my first hot yoga class with Emily. We didnt know what to expect, but we had a blast and are looking forward to going more often. Not even my hardest ride with Chaz compared to how much this worked me over.
