Butt kicker at Annadel

Miles and I went to Annadel this morning for a good ride. We started on Lawndale and rode up pretty fast. From there we went over marsh and onto ridge. Schultz concluded the ride back to the car. Afterward we went to El Fav for some tasty tacos and soda! I have been feeling much better since i started the yoga. I am feeling great and am planning on attending it multiple times a week. Now its time for movies and yum yums.
