Up until recently I have never stretched before or after a ride. After straining some muscles I have a new outlook on riding. I went out for a little spin today to try and loosen up some of my tight areas and stopped as often as I could to stretch out my legs. I felt pretty good on the ride, but can tell that I'm not completely healed up. Its very, very important to stretch! I'm now looking forward to relaxing and watching movies. Hopefully tomorrow I can get my 4x4x4 Rubik's Cube!
