Last night Mike and I rode our bikes through LA. It was late, and freezing cold. I last feeling in my toes and my fingers for the whole ride. By the end all mu muscles were starting to tighten and I had a pretty nasty headache building. Once home, around 10pm, I made some prosciutto stuffed pasta and ate a couple fig newtons. All in all the ride was very fun and a nice chance.
