Workout at La Tuna Canyon

Yesterday I drove to the local mountain bike spot. The Verdugo Mountains. It was a long semi-steep climb followed by a sandy fast descent. It was not that much fun...

Tomorrow I am planning on going to Malibu Creek State Park wit my friend Mike. From what I read we can get a 15 mile loop in that is covered with trees and filled with beautiful views. We will see... I am sure anything is more fun than La Tuna Canyon.
