Quinn has suggested that i ride a little more and be a little more active to keep my muscles opened up and in riding condition. Based on my conversation with him I went mountain biking yesterday. It was a nice ride up and a fast ride down. I decided to make my way over marsh and descend down two quarry. It was very very fun.
Today i had my 5th of the 10 rolfing sessions. today's session focused on my core muscles of my abdominal region, along with the tops of my legs. I would provide you with muscle names, but i dont remember them. Because we were working with the core we had to actually work around some of my organs. That is were things got painful and tricky. By the end of the session i felt great. Now its nap time.
I did that same loop today!
