Emily and I got up at 6am today and rode our bikes together! This was Ems first ride on a road bike. She was demoing a Scott Speedster s40 from the shop and I was on my Yeti cross bike. We kept it flat and easy seeing as how it was her first ride. We did almost 10 miles in 75 minutes, due to all the stopping at red lights. Looking forward to riding more together and getting ready for our bike trip across England. Here is a link of her loop.
