I have decided enough is enough. With almost 4 months off my bike its time to get my muscles back to their original state. According to my physical therapist I am ready to return, but i am still getting deep aches and some light muscular pains. After talking with several people I have decided to begin the rolfing process. A practice that focuses on re-aligning the body. I have decided to meet with Scott the rolfer to start the
rolfing for cyclists program. I am eager to see what is to come of this.
