I have been feeling well enough to get out and do some easy semi-flat short road rides over the past few days. I recently went to a physical therapist and discovered that I strained some of my right hip muscles. She gave me a list of exercises to do along with some stretches. Its been almost a week and I haven't felt this good in over 2 months! Im looking forward to feeling 100% better and doing a lot of road and mountain rides this summer.
